Form and Technique
About Course
Form and technique skill to lift weights efficiently without injuring yourself.
Hypertrophy(Muscle gaining) plateaus, lagging body sections, sub-optimal performance, and Injuries are usually caused by non-optimal training form and technique.
We are here with the solution.
When someone informs us that they cannot lose body fat or grow muscle to achieve their objective, we first ask for a collection of lifting form and technique videos to identify any flaws in their weight lifting execution.
You might be amazed at how far a trainee can lift weights to their genetic potential with proper form and technique, which eventually aids in muscle gain, fat loss, and attractiveness (Transformation).
Performing exercises with improper form and technique is frequently the root cause of not functioning correctly, leading to slow or no muscle growth, which stops fat loss. One ends up doing more exercise, repetition, or different exercise variations (Volume), which leads to injuries in the long term and frustration in achieving Transformation.
This is not a “beginner’s problem” but rather a source of concern for all Trainees and Coaches who value their bodies and results.
“The Form and technique Library” is one of our 6 courses included in our One on One Offline & Offline Membership.
LIFT WEIGHTS SAFELY, EFFECTIVELY, AND CONFIDENTLY.
